The software runs in the background as a Windows Service on Call Center Agent computer.  Network monitors SIP 2.0 calls. Video recording starts when start calls and video recording end call end. It automatic uploads the resulting video recording to the server.


Monitoring can be done via the web interface with call center agent number, callerId and date information


There is multi-linguage support with the web interface.
